Phoenix OS

Phoenix OS Standard

  • About the program
The decision to abandon Phoenix development and write Phoenix-RTOS from scratch was made by its creator in 2004. In 2010, Phoenix Systems was incorporated with the aim of commercializing the system. Phoenix-RTOS 2.0 is based on a monolithic core. Initially, versions of the IA-32 and eSi-RISC configurable processor were developed [1]. In cooperation with NXP Semiconductors, Phoenix-RTOS 2.0 has also been adapted to the Vybrid platform (ARM Cortex-A5). This release comes with support for PRIME (Phoenix-PRIME) and G3-PLC (Phoenix-G3) used in smart grid networks. Phoenix-RTOS runs applications designed and written for the Unix operating system.
